I'm James Thomas, owner and founder of Rover Real Estate Company.

Since 2019, I've dedicated my career to real estate, specializing in our corner of Colorado from Westcliffe and Cotopaxi to Cañon City, Florence, Pueblo, Cripple Creek, and beyond. I love this region and everything that comes with mountain real estate and the outdoor lifestyle it offers.

After sharpening my skills for five years with a leading real estate firm, I decided to open my own brokerage in 2024. Rover Real Estate Company is built around family, a love for people, and a passion for the great outdoors and the lifestyle that comes with it.

I'm in this business for the people clients who often become friends and family. I genuinely care about providing the best possible representation and making every buying or selling experience as seamless and stress-free as possible.

I'm definitely not the "stay in the car" type of agent. My company was founded on the belief that if you're buying or selling property, "We'll Take You There." Whether that means hiking a ridge to locate a corner pin, trekking through brush to explore a property, or taking extra time to walk through a home so you understand exactly what you're looking at, I'm committed to being there every step of the way.

When I'm not helping clients, I enjoy working on my Land Rovers the brand that inspired it all relaxing with a good cup of coffee, and meeting new people in the amazing community I call home.
